Monitor the location of your shipped horses and the temperatures in their trailers or stables

Use the latest technology to track your transport vehicle’s location. Placing our GPS cellular gateway in your transport vehicle and a sensor tag in the horse trailer will not only give you the temperature in the trailer but also, its location which can be viewed on a map in our online Cloud-based dashboard, accessible by any device with a web browser.

Our hardware plugs into the USB port of your vehicle which also has a long-lasting battery if it gets disconnected. With the sensor tag located in your horse trailer you will always know if the temperature exceeds the set temperature limits with text alert messages. It will also track the vehicle’s movements and serve to locate the vehicle if stolen.

Gateways and sensor tags can also be placed in stables to keep track of the ambient temperature and send a text alert if the temperature exceeds the set limits.

Finally, many owners pay groups to maintain semen from prize animals stored in liquid nitrogen containers. Our probe sensors combined with the cellular gateways can now monitor the very low temperatures in these freezers or tanks and will provide text alerts if there are issues which would damage your valuable material.

Get real-time data and alerts when it matters most

Measurements flow from your sensors to the mavenPRO service in real-time.  Access your data anytime, from anywhere, through our cloud-based service using any web browser.

Other products rely on Wi-Fi availability, or connect to your phone in order to upload data - severely limiting their utility when you’re away from your facility, or if the power or internet goes down.

The most critical times to receive temperature alerts might often coincide with the loss of power, and that’s when you can rely on mavenPRO to alert you or a number of your staff that you set up!

Our gateways have an internal battery and stay operational for days without power, and our sensor tags will continue collecting data if they lose the connection with a gateway and transit all measurements once they reconnect.  Once the gateway does switch to battery mode, it will also notify you of a potential power outage.

Temperature issues are a real problem for animals

The media is full of stories of animals left in vehicles that are overcome by heat.  When an inside temperature hits 80F, or for that matter, go below freezing, it can send an animal into distress.

The gateway comes with powerful magnets to adhere to metal surfaces and is powered by a USB cable and plug. No network configuration required, installation is simple.Affix self-adhesive sensors tags practically anywhere in your trailer, stable, lab, refrigerated or freezer units.

Then place the gateway within range of the sensors (50 meters /150 feet) and press the button to bring it online.  Done!  This unique system means mavenPRO Monitoring can easily scale with your business - expanding your monitoring set-up is just as simple, and there is no limit to the number of zones monitored simultaneously.

Automatic, zero-configuration sensor replacement

Our battery-operated tags will run out of power and need to be replaced after about six months of operation (our very low temperature probe tags will last a year).

We don’t think you should have to worry about ordering replacements, or configuring them once installed.  So your subscription to mavenPRO Monitoring includes replacement sensors, sent to you automatically!

We monitor the uptime and battery level of all sensors deployed across the mavenPRO system, and we will ship you a new pre-configured sensor labeled with its zone when it’s time for a replacement.

Once you activate the new sensor tag, our system will immediately move the data stream for that zone to the new tag - all you have to do is remove the old tag and affix the new tag in place.
